Service Description

The focus of this appointment is to get to know one another, discuss the therapeutic process, and set goals/expectations. What to expect: -Intake paperwork such as HIPAA, consent forms, client rights and expectations, etc. -Discussing your reasons for seeking therapy -Going over information about your past and current life events, relationships, etc. -Reflecting on what therapy looks like and what you would like to gain from this experience
